When will I receive my order?
It takes our team 5 to 15 business days to process your order, manufacture your products, and deliver them (free of charge). We make every effort to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

My order is not complete
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages for faster delivery. This is particularly true for our lithium batteries, which are sometimes shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. However, if all your packages have arrived and you still don't have all your items, please contact our customer service by email.
I have not received my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, or destroyed package?
With our secure delivery , Horalpes takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense . Items must, however, be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package. As soon as the product is received, you can be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Delivery to overseas France DOM-TOM
Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the date of order) in order to remain financially accessible. An additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries:
- Guadeloupe
- Guyana
- Reunion Island
- Martinique
- Mayotte
- New Caledonia
- Saint-Barthélemy
- Saint Pierre and Miquelon
- Saint-Martin
- Wallis and Futuna
- French Polynesia
CANCELLATION & RETURN
Is it possible to modify my order?
Yes. You can modify your order if it is not yet in the "processing" status.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes. If it's not being processed, we can refund you in full. If it's already been processed, there's a 50% cancellation fee.
